We provide a professional and competent service in inspection, repair, installation and sale of overhead cranes (50T, monorails, jib cranes), automotive lifts (jacks), alignment platforms and freight elevators. We also offer a customized service to meet your specific needs.

The Occupational Health and Safety regulation stipulates that all lifting devices must be inspected in accordance with CSA B-167-08 and CSA B167-16 standards.

Given the important loads lifted by the various lifting devices and cranes, they must be inspected and maintained in compliance every year or according to their use.

Our qualified technicians can remedy this problem by checking and repairing your systems to make them safe. An inspection checklist is used to ensure a thorough evaluation and a report is produced for each lift system inspected.

Overhead crane and monorail

  • A visual inspection and test should be done before use.
  • Always know the load that will be lifted.
  • Never take your eyes off the crane, hoist and cart while in motion.
  • Always use a sling that matches the load to be lifted.
  • Tie off the part being lifted with a rope if necessary.
  • Never stand under a lifted load.
  • Use a buzzer.
  • Be vigilant and report any breakage or anomaly.

Automotive Lift

  • Always perform a visual inspection and test before use.
  • Make sure the proper vehicle stabilizers are in place.
  • Once it is raised, make sure to lower it onto the bars.
  • Be on the lookout for oil leaks.
  • Always put the right support points under the vehicle.
  • Be vigilant and report any breakage or anomaly.

Freight Elevators

  • Visually inspect and test the lift before use.
  • Stand clear of the elevator when it is in operation.
  • Put guardrails in place.
  • Wait until the lift comes to a complete stop.
  • Be vigilant and report any breakage or abnormality.
